User Agreement & Legal Disclaimer

By creating an account and using the 6ixticks platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of this P2P communication platform:

1. Platform Role & Non-Transactional Status

Venue Only

This platform is strictly a communication tool for users to meet and discuss event tickets. We do not process payments, facilitate ticket transfers, or act as an intermediary in any sale.

No Guarantees

We do not authenticate tickets, verify sellers, or provide money-back guarantees. All transactions occur off-platform and at your own risk.

2. Legal Compliance for Sellers

Original Face Value: You must clearly disclose the original face value and precise seat location of any ticket you discuss.

Possession Requirement: It is illegal in many provinces (including Ontario and BC) to offer a ticket for sale that you do not currently possess or control.

Price Restrictions (Quebec): If the event is in Quebec, you are prohibited from reselling a ticket for any amount above face value without express consent from the event producer.

No "Bots": You warrant that any ticket discussed was not acquired through the use of automated software (bots), which is prohibited by law.

3. Safety & Fraud Prevention

Safe Meetings: We strongly recommend meeting in person at a designated "Safe Exchange" zone (e.g., a local police station) for any physical ticket or cash swap.

Official Availability: Be aware that tickets for an event may still be available at a lower price directly from the official primary vendor (e.g., Ticketmaster, the venue box office).

4. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not responsible for any fraudulent listings, counterfeit tickets, or failed entries to events. You waive all claims against the platform arising from interactions with other users.
