Use Safe Exchange Zones

For physical swaps or cash transactions, meet only at Project SafeTrade locations. These are typically monitored police station parking lots or designated municipal safe zones. Never meet in secluded areas or private residences.

Verify the Ticket

Before meeting or sending payment, request a screen-recording of the seller opening their official ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster) to show the ticket and their name.

Do not accept static screenshots, as these are easily faked. Ensure the "Transfer" button is visible and active where applicable.

Payment Safety

Avoid wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or "Friends & Family" digital payments. Use methods that offer buyer protection where possible, but recognize that P2P deals are generally considered "final sale."

Report Suspicious Activity

If a user pressures you into an immediate payment or refuses to meet in a safe zone, stop the conversation immediately and use the Report button on their profile.
